Globally, it is estimated that 1 in 7 (14%) 10-19 year-olds experience mental health conditions, yet these remain largely unrecognized and untreated. Adolescents with mental health conditions are particularly vulnerable to social exclusion, discrimination, stigma, educational difficulties, risk-taking behaviors, physical ill-health and human rights violations.

•       Understand your purpose and reason for being alive
•       Keep in touch and share your feelings to those who are trusted
•       Keep active and eat well

•       Find a pace and try living life to the fullest
- Stay away from harmful influences (gangs, drugs, tobacco)
